MOD3 Pharma Inc. is a subsidiary of SWK Holdings Corp. (SWKH), a specialty finance company to the pharmaceutical industry. We are a fully integrated contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) offering innovative OINDP drug delivery solutions.
Our business was founded in 2013 with a purpose to enable new and highly scalable oral treatment opportunities for compounds that typically need to be delivered via injection.
We achieved this through the scientific and regulatory knowledge of our experienced team and advanced technologies.
These technologies have continued to evolve since our inception, and their success is evidenced by our track record in advancing multiple projects into the clinic, both on behalf of clients and through our own development programs.
Our support for pharma partners extends to manufacturing, supported by our state of the art GMP facilities in Boonton, New Jersey, which includes HPAPI containment. Completed with the financial support of SWK Holdings Corp., this investment is indicative of our long-term commitment to supporting the industry in developing challenging OINDPs from feasibility and development through early phase cGMP manufacturing.
